Welcome & settle in

Prana Balancing movement, Yoga Nidra meditation & restorative breathwork

The movement practices I teach draw from kriya yoga, tantra and qi gong - they often end with a guided meditation.
My guided meditations integrate beloved traditions of yoga nidra, mindfulness meditation, yogic and restorative breath-work, with NSDR techniques, somatic embodiment & accessing your own intuitive healing.

Why is YOGA NIDRA the best kept secret of the yoga world?

Yoga Nidra, also called “yogic sleep” is a fully guided, lying down meditation, where you simply relax and listen along.

It is an instant relaxer, improves sleep, regulates the nervous system, and is routinely used to relieve anxiety and PTSD symptoms.
If you are new to meditation, Yoga Nidra is the easiest way to start. If you are a seasoned meditator, you will find Yoga Nidra upgrading your meditation experience.
